    This was my favorite breakfast spot in the city. Janice was an excellent host and the food (we had the Hunan chicken/waffle special) was delicious and filling. 5/5 stars but if I could it was be 6/5; def coming visiting again.

    tl;dr great spot to grab breakfast or lunch.

    Very nice, prompt and friendly service.

    Old style 1970's cafe decor

    Hunan chicken was very good.  Large portion.

    Omelettes were generous in size and tasty.

    Solid breakfast but don't be in a hurry.

    I've had breakfast at Young's 3-4 times now and I like it.  With the exception of one day the bacon was a little soggy, the food is consistently good.  Omelettes are on the large side and well filled with your chosen options.  

    Service is pretty consistently slower than I prefer, so I just pack a little patience and expect it.  It is offset by some very upbeat wait staff that will put a smile on your face.

    LOVE this place so much. Went for the first time a few days ago for breakfast and had the pancake special which was fantastic -the homemade jam was phenomenal on top.- On top of the food being amazing, the staff is also welcoming, friendly and they really make you feel at home. I think this spot is gonna be my new go-to location and I'm very, very happy about it.

    This has to be our favorite breakfast joint! Been coming here for years, the food and service has been superb! All the servers are extremely friendly, especially Janice! She remembers all of our fav dishes, her memory is incredible!

    What we always order are the Beligum Waffle (extra crispy) with a side of whipped cream and the Chef's Omelet. Unlike most Seattle restaurants that serves limpy, flimsy waffles, at Young's, they make their waffles perfectly crispy on the outside and still fluffy on the inside. We ordered cheeseburgers the last time we went and they were delicious. The crinkle fries came out piping hot and they were crispy - just the way I like them!

    Also, tried their Chinese dishes recently and they did not disappoint. We had their fried rice - YUM! Their Hunan Chicken: battered deep fried pieces of chicken then wok fried in their sweet sticky sauce - MUST TRY! Their Hot & Sour soup was very delicious, as well.

    Overall, service is fast and friendly and the food is amazing! I would give this place 10 stars if possible but since 5 is the maximum; 5 stars it is!!!
